The Orion Hotel is CovidClean certified by Safe Hotels, the world's leading hotel safety certification company.

Our guests can feel safe from the moment they arrive at the airport. Drivers will meet you wearing a mask and gloves, in a protected and disinfected car, where the passenger seats are isolated from the driver. The accommodation department staff will promptly register at the reception, where you will be protected by a glass partition. All employees wear masks and gloves. Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer can be found in the hotel lobby as well as on each floor near the elevators. Common areas, restaurant, bar, hotel lobby and meeting rooms, in addition to regular cleaning and disinfection during the day, are also thoroughly disinfected at night.

Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and all frequently used items such as magazines, guidebooks, guest books, printed materials, and throw pillows and blankets have been removed from the rooms during the pandemic. Masks and disinfectants are provided in each room for each guest. After cleaning and disinfection, each room is sealed so that you are the first and only person to have access to it. Guests at the hotel are accommodated in such a way as to ensure that they can maintain social distancing in the hallway and elevators.

Additionally, rules have been introduced to ensure increased food safety, safety of services provided in a restaurant, bar, when delivering food to rooms and during catering events.
