1. All amenities are at the highest level. 2. The very center of the city. 3. Excellent sound insulation. 4. All dishes and sanitary ware are expensive Villeroy&Boch collections. 5. Restaurant and lobby with very cool cuisine. Coffee is only Italian, even in the rooms. 6. Everything in the rooms is electronic. 7. Attentive and professional staff from receptionists to managers.
This is a very good hotel to stay. From the start the staff were very obliging and helpful both with how to use the hotel and local tips. Staff were very with my very early departure. The room was very good with good facilities. The hotel has a bar and good restaurant for breakfast. There are bars and restaurants nearby.

На одни сутки останавливались в отеле перед джип туром по горам. Очень хорошо отдохнули после перелета. Прекрасные матрасы, белье, хорошая косметика . В бассейне утром нет ни одного человека. Замечательные завтраки с шампанским и свеж выж соками, очень вкусная выпечка, а какие замечательные девушки, которые встречают в ресторане , такие уважительные , профессиональные . Вообще народ в Киргизии очень доброжелательный , очень хорошее отношение к русским , за это отдельная благодарность.
Very delicious Stake we had at the restaurant under Orion Hotel. It was the best stake we have tried all over Kyrgyzstan. My guests from the States had stakes in few places in different cities and it was the best one. Service was great, Tynchtyk helped with the orders and was very polite and knowledgable in all. I recommend this restaurant and i definitely be back. And the price was reasonable.
Лучший отель БишкекаНесмотря на то, что отель построен несколько лет назад, все внутри и снаружи выглядит как новое. Мебель в номерах солидная и не имеет каких-либо недостатков. Постельное белье и подушки просто восхитительны, спать было одно удовольствие!
В ванной комнате стоит косметика Acqua di Parma (никакого тебе китайского мыла). Номера укомплектованы всем, что может понадобиться путешественнику!
Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности! Все горят желанием тебе помочь и решить самую нестандартную просьбу! Охрана в отличие от некоторых других отелей, вежлива и воспитана!
Приятные мелочи, продуманные тщательно - важный элемент клиентского опыта. На 3 дня я уезжал с друзьями на Иссык-Куль, чемоданы оставлял в багажном отделении отеля. По возвращению, хотел их забрать, а они уже оказались в моем номере. Такого я еще не встречал в подобных ситуациях!
Всем, кто будет гостить в Бишкеке, настоятельно рекомендую отель Орион! Друзья, живущие в Кыргызстане, предлагайте его своим гостям!

Luxury RedefinedThis is one of the grandest hotels in the city. From the moment you enter you know you have arrived to a 5* lifestyle.
ROOM
I stayed in a deluxe king room on the top floor overlooking the front of the hotel & promenade. The room was super spacious with magnificent local furniture, the embroidery was sublime. The bathroom was large & the added addition of luxury toiletries from acqua di palma was a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, they also have live tv in English. Another great addition was the in room illy coffee machine.
I had the privilege to view the presidential suite & as the name suggests it was fit for a president, outstandingly beautiful.
AREAS
They have a few areas from the lobby to the bar it’s a great place to catch up with friends. My favourite part had to be the large swimming pool & jacuzzi, I also spent a lot of time in the world class gym to.
My breakfast was served in the restaurant, wow what an experience the sheer array of items to dive into made it near impossible to choose as I wanted to try it all. It was one of the highlights.
SERVICE
Faultless 5* service. Everyone was super friendly & always happy to help. The waitresses where super attentive & courteous.
LOCATION
On the main boulevard that runs through the Center of the city there could not be a better location.

In my attempt to visit every country in the world, I have visited 85 countries since January 2019. As part of these travel adventures and significant travel for business and please in prior years, I have enjoyed many wonderful hotels. However, without a doubt, my experience at the Orion Hotel in Bishkek was one of the best, if not the best. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great but what is really extraordinary is the customer service. The front desk attendants, the bell staff, the restaurant staff and the airport driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful. It is not that unusual to find one or two people that go the extra mile to make your stay memorable, but to interact with dozens of people each day that are committed to your total satisfaction is truly unique. If you visit Bishkek, do not even consider a hotel other that the Orion. You will not regret your decision.

Excellent Hotel
I had just two nights in this hotel suggested by my customer during a business trip.
I had a very professional limousines drive service at my arrival at the airport and the same to my departure.
The hotel is clean and the room very well decorated, extremely clean with Italian Amenities in the bathroom.
I preferred to have dinner in the room, delivery on time with high quality food.
Professional Staff and well educated.
Fully satisfied!

Bishkek Oasis
Every place has a place where you can let your hair down and relax. Orion hotel in Bishkek is most certainly that place for us. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay there and will go back . The pool is really good size and great for kids. I enjoyed the steam room and Sauna. The Gym is also well stocked.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, during business trips to Bishkek. The standard of service, cleanliness and facilities at this hotel are excellent. The rooms, communal areas, restaurants and fitness centre are extremely well appointed with V and B fixtures and fittings. Staff are helpful, polite and welcoming. I use the airport pick up service, the drivers on which drive very carefully, in safe modern hotel cars. I highly recommend this hotel.
тот отель был для трехдневной деловой поездки, с отелем, идеально расположенным к кафе, ресторанам, магазинам, соответствующим офисам, в которых я нуждался, и дружелюбной семье, усаженной деревьями дощатый настил, идеально подходящий для того, чтобы бегать по утрам и гулять по вечерам.
В самом отеле есть все! Спа, тренажерный зал, сауна, крытый бассейн, бар, ресторан, выбор вин, отличная прачечная и очень дружелюбный, преданный своему делу персонал.
An Oasis
Coming near the end of 3 weeks travelling, staying here was like a piece of heaven.
Would have loved to stay more than 1 night.
The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable
Breakfast was more than adequate and again served in a nice environment.
As i said, pity we only had one night and would happily stay there again
Останавливались с коллегами на два дня, 30 ноября, 1 декабря 2019г. Это был первый опыт проживания в данном отеле. Отель новый. Интерьер выполнен на очень высоком дорогом уровне и качественными материалами. Сервис очень достойный. Персонал любезен и вежлив. В лобби чувствуется ощущение, что отель мало заполнен гостями. Тихо и малолюдно.
Из минусов укажу два пункта. Это отсутствие горячей воды при открытии крана утром. Приходилось сливать холодную и ждать по 15-20 минут пока пойдет горячая.
Так же заказав местное разливное пиво, через ресторан в баре, оно оказалось прокисшим. В остальном все очень понравилось.
The mattress was superb!
The mattress and spa massages were great. Breakfast with fresh carrot and orange juice was really good. I wish they have more authentic tea selections such as oblepija chai and some Kyrgyz cuisine like hyatt.
Wonderful Orion Hotel
A superb hotel, one of the very best I have ever stayed at. Comfortable, clean, wonderful breakfast, and the hotel staff is terrific. Very good location just off of a beautiful tree-lined pedestrian street. The place to stay in Bishkek.
Recommended hotel in Bishkek
I stayed here a year ago while on my first visit to Kyrgyzstan on business as this hotel was very convenient to our office there. However, Orion Hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. The room was quiet, spacious and equipped with modern amenities. It was decorated with beautiful Kyrgyz motifs. Wifi was free and worked well. Toiletries were acqua di parma noneless. Breakfast was serviceable though not as good as those I love at the Saltanat Hotel in nearby Almaty. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to capitalize on the Orion's central location to explore Bishkek city. But I had the opportunity to spend some time at the Hyatt Regency hotel on meetings and, on comparison, I will probably return to the Orion next time I visit beautiful Bishkek - hopefully on a leisure trip! Recommended!
Disappointing
I was there now the 3rd time but most probably the last time! Got really bad, seem so no Manager is left anymore and service gets worse every time. Restaurant is still like a conference room with no atmosphere and the terrace still without furniture, I mean it takes 2 years ?? I wonder what happen there but hotel owners seems not to care anymore! A pity as I liked the hotel and it started well, guess must go back to Hyatt!
Too many dissapointments
It was so cold in a spa while receiving a massage (expensive one). The heating system doesnt work anywhere in the hotel. There were no tea bags in the room, I requested and they brought. The light didn't switch off at a door area, I needed to call for an engineer to come over and fix it.
Very disappointing experience. It was a conference there and it was recommended by the organisers to stay in the same hotel. Otherwise, i wouldn't stay here on my own and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Просторные комфортабельные современные номера с шикарным интерьером и со всем необходимым для отдыха, удобная кровать с ежедневной сменой белья, красивая мебель с резьбой, шелковый текстиль, кофемашина, полный комплект хрустальных бокалов и стаканов для разных напитков, хорошо оборудованный санузел с качественными ванными принадлежностями.
Особого внимания заслуживает персонал - профессиональный, внимательный, не навязчивый и приветливый, они прилагают все усилия, чтобы мы чувствовали себя важными и желанными гостями. Отличный завтрак с большим выбором блюд на любой вкус.
Новые комфортабельные автомобили для трансфера из аэропорта (есть wifi).
Один из лучших отелей, в которых я останавливалась! Спасибо всему персоналу отеля!
Great hotel!
Beautifully appointed rooms, great spa facilities, nice restaurant and a great location close to everything - what's not to like. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast selection was varied and fresh. We enjoyed our stay!
Luxury but not without a hiccup
Stayed here for work during a week long visit. Always good to come back to the Orion Hotel for the immense luxury that the hotel offers. Amazing room design and gives you a sense of pure luxury every time walking in. The hotel is no doubt one of the best I've stayed in, not only in Bishkek but I would easy say around the world. Everything in the room and out spells quality. Love the in room espresso machine and the fast wired internet.
The facilities at the hotel are also amazing. Great gym that's open 24/7, pool, sauna and steam room with good opening hours. The location of the hotel is also great. Right in the middle of the city with plenty of eateries around as well as places to do some grocery shopping if needed.
The only hiccup that I experienced during my stay was when one of the room attendants eagerly decided to open my room - without knocking or any warning before hand - to try and check on the mini bar. Not acceptable especially for a high standards that I've come to expect of the Orion Hotel.
But overall a great stay and will definitely be back if I'm every in Bishkek.
An oasis!
We had an amazing time at this hotel in every dimension: the hospitality, the cleanliness, the breakfast (sensational!!), the quality of the beds and so on. The staff were incredibly professional, knew who we were as guests, and took care of any requests efficiently. We have stayed in top hotels, and the quality at the Orion was comparable to any of these. It made our stay in Bishkek really wonderful.
